We have a 3-day return policy, meaning you have 3 days to request a return after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—undamaged, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (e.g., bespoke or bespoke products), and personal hygiene products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns of discounted items.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you already have, and once the return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.
EU 14-Day Order Hold Period:
Regardless of the above provisions, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason whatsoever and without providing a reason. As stated above, your goods must be in the same condition as when you received them, without damage or use, with tags and in their original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund back via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and issue the refund.
